Why does my order take a few days to ship?

Every Kotavya piece is made when you order it, rather than pulled from a shelf. Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days, then delivery takes 2 to 5 working days. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I return something?

Personalised items can't be returned unless they're faulty, damaged or misprinted. Standard designs can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, and you pay the return postage. Anything faulty is always put right at our cost. Full details are in Returns & Refunds.

How do your t-shirts and hoodies fit?

Each product page has a size guide with exact measurements. Please check it before ordering, as items are made to order and can't be swapped.

What is The Organic Collection?

Our premium garments: 100% organic cotton, made with renewable energy, printed in the UK and shipped plastic-free. Read more on Materials & Craft.

How should I care for my items?

Wash garments inside out at 30°C and skip the tumble dryer to keep prints looking their best. Care details for mugs and prints are on each product page.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Something's wrong with my order. What do I do?

Email info@kotavya.com with your order number and a photo. We reply within one working day.
