Made to order
Every Kotavya piece is made after you order it. Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days before your order is dispatched. Busy periods such as Black Friday and December may add a few days; we'll show any change on the site.
UK delivery
- We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
- Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
- Delivery charges and any free-delivery offers are shown at checkout before you pay.
- You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Orders with several items
Different products are made by specialist production partners, so an order with, for example, a hoodie and a mug may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You won't pay extra for this.
Packaging
We ship in paper-based, plastic-free mailers wherever our partners allow.
Delivery problems
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, and a further delivery charge may apply. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email info@kotavya.com and we'll trace it. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
International orders
